My name is Chris. I'm a competitive athlete, strength & conditioning coach, fitness enthusiast, and co-founder of Warhorse Barbell club.
With 15 years of industry experience, I've worked with numerous clients from diverse backgrounds. My roster has included NFL athletes, complete beginners, and everyone in between. I believe that professional-grade coaching should be accessible to all, regardless of experience level.
As an athlete, I've competed in a wide range of disciplines, including 4 years in arena football, 5 years as an active powerlifter, Muay Thai, and Ironman Triathlon. As of spring 2025, I'm currently training for my second Ironman.
My educational foundation began at Temple University, where I specialized in exercise science. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to learn from some of the industry's most influential figures in person, whose mentorship has been instrumental in developing my approach to coaching.
My credentials include: NASM - Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), CFSC - Certified Functional Strength Coach, NSCA - Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition L1 & L2, CPPS - Certified Physical Preparation Specialist, USAW - Level 1 Certification Course, PRI - Myokinematic Restoration, and several other certifications that are no longer relevant or current.
